Banana Bread #2

Personally, I prefer the other Banana Bread recipe.

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
  2. Equipment:
    • 1 — Large Mixing Bowl
    • 1 — Smaller Mixing Bowl
    • 1 — ½ cup Measure
    • 1 — 1 Teaspoon Measure
    • 1 — ½ Teaspoon Measure
    • 1 — ¼ Teaspoon Measure
    • 1 — Small fork
    • 1 — Spoon
    • 8"x4" — Buttered Loaf Pan
  3. In smaller bowl, mix:
    • 1 ½ cups — Flour
    • 1 tsp — Baking Powder
    • ½ tsp — Grated Nutmeg
    • ¼ tsp — Baking Soda
  4. In larger bowl, combine:
    • ⅔ cup — Sugar
    • ½ cup — Softened Butter
  5. Beat in:
    • 1 — Egg
  6. Beat in:
    • 2 — Mashed Large Ripe Bananas
  7. Stir in flour mixture until just combined.
  8. Bake:
    • 325°F
    • 1 hour
  9. Cool on wire rack. Eat.
