Beef Flat Rice Noodle


Cook In Very Hot Wok (or fry pan)

  1. Meat:
    • Stir fry just until it almost all pink is gone, but stop before juices run:
      • Marinated meat.
    • Stir in:
      • 1 tsp — Soy Sauce.
    • Immediately remove to a separate dish and set aside.
  2. Stir fry until almost cooked (about 5 minutes):
    • Noodles.
  3. If doing soupy style, add:
    • 2 Cups — Water (bring to boil).
  4. Add (mix each in and briefly cook before adding next):
    • Sauce mixture.
    • Greens.
    • Meat.


Drizzle with Sesame Oil (to taste).
