- Marinate for at least 2 hours (overnight is better):
- 10g Minced Garlic.
- 15g Minced Ginger.
- 150g Sliced Onion.
- 250g Sliced Mushrooms.
- 500g Sliced Beef.
- 2g Crushed Red Pepper.
- 50g Soy Sauce.
- 50g Molasses.
- 25g Toasted Sesame Oil.
- On a foiled baking tray:
- Spread out all ingredients, without burying the beef.
- Broil (as hot and close as possible) until the beef just starts to blacken.
- Avoid over-cooking the meat.
- Serve immediately on rice, or in a sliced bun.
