Bulgogi (불고기)

  1. Marinate for at least 2 hours (overnight is better):
    • 10g Minced Garlic.
    • 15g Minced Ginger.
    • 150g Sliced Onion.
    • 250g Sliced Mushrooms.
    • 500g Sliced Beef.
    • 2g Crushed Red Pepper.
    • 50g Soy Sauce.
    • 50g Molasses.
    • 25g Toasted Sesame Oil.
  2. On a foiled baking tray:
    • Spread out all ingredients, without burying the beef.
    • Broil (as hot and close as possible) until the beef just starts to blacken.
    • Avoid over-cooking the meat.
  3. Serve immediately on rice, or in a sliced bun.
