- Combine in a pot:
- 200 g Rice (well rinsed).
- 300 g Cooked Ground Beef.
- 300 mL Chicken Broth.
- 50 g Finely Diced Peppers.
- 2.0 g Celery Flakes.
- 5.0 g Dry Minced Onion.
- 1.0 g Black Pepper.
- to taste Salt (if broth was low-salt).
- Cover and simmer for 15–20 minutes.
- Let sit for at least 5 minutes, then fluff.
