Dirty Rice

Not quite Popeyes, but close.

  1. Combine in a pot:
    • 200 g Rice (well rinsed).
    • 300 g Cooked Ground Beef.
    • 300 mL Chicken Broth.
    • 50 g Finely Diced Peppers.
    • 2.0 g Celery Flakes.
    • 5.0 g Dry Minced Onion.
    • 1.0 g Black Pepper.
    • to taste Salt (if broth was low-salt).
  2. Cover and simmer for 15–20 minutes.
  3. Let sit for at least 5 minutes, then fluff.
