Prepare

Marinate

The sauce needs to sit for a few hours to temper the vinegar taste.

The meat mix can, but doesn't have to, marinate for a few hours.

Bake

  1. Put meat into a baking dish and level the top.
  2. Cover with half the sauce.
  3. Bake for 75 to 90 minutes at 350°F. (internal 155°F)
  4. Let sit for at least 10 minutes.

Serve
