Cooking:
- In a cup, mix:
- 2 Tbs Corn Starch
- 4 Tbs Cold Water
- In a small saucepan, heat but don't boil:
- 2 Tbs Vinegar
- 2 Tbs Sugar
- 1 cup Pineapple Juice
- Remix the starch to ensure there are no lumps, and stir into the hot sauce.
- Heat on low and stir until mixture becomes smooth and glossy.
- Stir in:
- 200g Pineapple Chunks
Serving suggestions:
- As a dipping sauce.
- With pepper slices and Chicken Meatballs on rice or egg noodles.
