Sweet & Sour Pineapple Sauce

A quick sauce for dipping or with stir-fry.

Cooking:

  1. In a cup, mix:
    • 2 Tbs Corn Starch
    • 4 Tbs Cold Water
  2. In a small saucepan, heat but don't boil:
    • 2 Tbs Vinegar
    • 2 Tbs Sugar
    • 1 cup Pineapple Juice
  3. Remix the starch to ensure there are no lumps, and stir into the hot sauce.
  4. Heat on low and stir until mixture becomes smooth and glossy.
  5. Stir in:
    • 200g Pineapple Chunks
